Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services and products offered by Clearview Guidance LLC, operating under the brand Selena Lenoir. By scheduling a session or purchasing a product, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scheduling & Confirmation

Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. It is the client's responsibility to ensure their contact information is accurate and to check for confirmation correspondence, including spam or junk folders.

2. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge provided that at least 24 hours notice is given prior to the scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests should be submitted via email to hello@selenalenoir.com. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability and must be completed within 30 days of the original appointment date.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours advance notice will receive a full refund or may be applied as credit toward a future session, at the client's preference. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to the full session fee and may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

4. Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

If a client fails to appear for a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a "no-show." No-show sessions are not eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling. The full session fee will be retained.

5. Late Arrivals

If a client arrives late to a scheduled session, the session will still end at its originally scheduled time. The session will not be extended, and no partial refund will be issued for the missed portion. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session may be treated as a no-show at our discretion.

6. Completed Sessions

Once a guidance session has been conducted — in whole or in part — the service is considered fully delivered. Completed sessions are non-refundable. This includes sessions where the client chose to end the session early for any reason.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Clearview Guidance LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

8. Digital Products & Downloadable Content

All digital products, downloadable content, and electronic materials are considered final sale upon delivery or download. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not available for these items unless the product is materially defective or was not delivered as described.

9. Gift Certificates & Prepaid Packages

Gift certificates and prepaid session packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Unused sessions within a package must be redeemed within 6 months of the purchase date, after which they expire with no refund.

10. Service Provider Cancellations

In the rare event that Clearview Guidance LLC needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the client will be notified as soon as possible and offered the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled session at a mutually agreed-upon time at no additional cost.

11. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, we encourage you to contact us directly at hello@selenalenoir.com before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of future services.
